Safety Boulevard ships prepaid and invoices you for the charges. Your order is shipped from Vaughan, Ontario Canada.
Canada Post is used whenever possible. However, should your order exceed Canada Post size or weight limits, "Common Carrier" will be selected to speed up the delivery to your destination.
Please indicate which transport method you wish to use. We will promptly take care of your needs. This service will be charged directly to the customer.
Please specify if you need inside delivery when placing your order. Depending on the carrier, there may be a charge when using a truck line.
Additional freight charges apply to certain rural and remote destinations including Newfoundland. Any extra charges for services requested by Buyer, i.e., special routing, inside delivery, or pre-delivery notification must be paid by the Buyer. Expedited delivery is available upon request.
RISK OF LOSS - TITLE:
Title to products and risk of loss passes from Safety Boulevard to the Buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS - RISK OF LOSS:
Buyer should thoroughly inspect all items received for shipping damage before accepting delivery. If damage has occurred, Buyer should note the extent of the damage on the freight bill and call Safety Boulevard immediately. Although Safety Boulevard’s responsibility for loss and damage ceases when the products are accepted for shipment by the carrier, Safety Boulevard will, when notified, file a damage claim for goods shipped via the carrier that was chosen by Safety Boulevard. Safety Boulevard will then ship an immediate replacement or issue a credit for the damaged goods.

If there is a warranty issue, Buyer must promptly contact Safety Boulevard for a return authorization as set forth below. Safety Boulevard will, at its option, either repair or replace the defective product free of charge or provide Buyer with a credit or refund for the non-conforming product once Safety Boulevard has confirmed that the product is subject to Safety Boulevard’s warranty policy. This warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect use, accidental damage, and damage during shipment or lack of proper maintenance. Certain products may also be subject to additional manufacturer's warranties, which Safety Boulevard will pass through to Buyer to the extent reasonably feasible. THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IS IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE REMEDY OF REPAIR, REPLACEMENT, CREDIT OR REFUND SHALL BE THE EXCLUSIVE AND SOLE REMEDY FOR ANY BREACH OF OUR WARRANTY AS FURTHER SET FORTH BELOW.
Buyer’s Exclusive Remedies
Safety Boulevard’s liability and Buyer's exclusive remedies under Safety Boulevard’s warranty shall be limited solely to repair, replacement, credit or refund, at Safety Boulevard’s option, with respect to products returned to Safety Boulevard pursuant to Safety Boulevard return authorization instructions. For return authorization instructions contact Safety Boulevard at 1-877-820-7110.
The return of custom and special orders and made-to-order products is subject to the prior approval and returned goods policy of the manufacturer. Buyer must contact Safety Boulevard’s Customer Service Department for confirmation and shipping instructions prior to returning any products. All returns must be shipped prepaid, in resalable condition, and are subject to inspection for damage or misuse prior to issuance of a credit or refund, unless otherwise authorized by Safety Boulevard. Products not returned within 14 days of receipt will be subject to then current restocking charges. We recommend Buyer contacts our Customer Service Department for current restocking charges if product is to be returned after 14 days.
Return Shipping Costs
Safety Boulevard will provide a prepaid return shipping label in cases where items have arrived in damaged condition or are confirmed by a Safety Boulevard representative to be defective.
For all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Under no circumstance does Safety Boulevard reimburse (or provide credit) for return shipping costs incurred by the customer. If a product is damaged or defective, the recipient must make arrangements with Safety Boulevard’s Customer Service Department as to how the return should be handled prior to placing the items back in transit to Safety Boulevard.
