Terms & Conditions of Purchase
The following terms and conditions of purchase apply to all orders from Safety Boulevard, www.safetyboulevard.com, by you either personally or on behalf of the company you represent as the buyer ("Buyer"). If you are a representative of a company, you as Buyer represent you have the authority to make the purchase. These terms and conditions may not be modified or amended except with the written consent of Safety Boulevard acting in its unilateral discretion.
Acceptance of Orders
Orders are not binding on Safety Boulevard unless accepted by Safety Boulevard.
Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled up until the order is shipped.
Product Availability
Product availability may be limited. Products may not be available for immediate delivery. Safety Boulevard reserves the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise or cease to make available any or all products. Some special order items as indicated in the catalogue must meet manufacturer's minimum order quantity requirements at time of order, and may require additional shipping time.
Pricing & Specifications
All Safety Boulevard’s prices reflect Buyer's cost in the currency displayed on the shopping cart. Canadian based customers are to select canadian currency when making a purchase. U.S.A and international customers are to select $US funds prior to making their purchases. The prices do not include applicable federal, provincial, state, shipping, charges and duties. Freight charges and special packaging charges for export shipment may or may not be included in the pricing as identified in the Pricing Cart. Buyer shall pay all such costs, taxes, charges, and duties. Prices, colors, and specifications are subject to change without notice. Safety Boulevard reserves the right to adjust and communicate pricing should an error be found in published material or on this web site.
Payment
You agree to pay the full price for all products and services you purchase from the Website. We reserve the right to charge extra charges for your credit card or PayPal account for any products or services purchased from the Website. You are responsible for the timely payment of all fees and for providing us with a valid credit card or PayPal account details for payment of all fees.
You will be solely responsible and liable for any and all loss, damage, and additional costs that you, we or any other person may incur as a result of your submission of any false, incorrect or incomplete information or your failure to update your registration information and payment information.
Payment Terms
Open account terms of net 14 days after shipment are extended to buyers only in Safety Boulevard’s discretion. Buyers that are not currently on open account terms are requested to submit two major trade references and the name of their local bank. Buyer may expedite an order, while Safety Boulevard establishes open account status, by including payment with the order. Orders made without an existing open account and without upfront payment will not be processed until Safety Boulevard has completed its credit review and approved the open account. Safety Boulevard reserves the right to charge interest on any late payments at the lesser of 18% per annum or the highest rate permitted by law.
Safety Boulevard also accepts Master Card, Visa and American Express credit cards. Electronic payments are processed by our payment processor service provider. If the credit card or other payment information that Buyer submits is incorrect or invalid, Safety Boulevard will not be able to process the Order. Safety Boulevard has no obligation and / or liability to Buyer if Buyer's financial institution fails to accept or honor Buyer’s credit card or other method of payment for any reason.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will be added on the total merchandise plus shipping and related charges as required.
